Construction
The lifting gear is used to remove finished and tested front-end modules from the final assembly and testing device and place them in a load carrier. To remove the assembly from the device, the gripper is positioned lower to ensure ergonomic working conditions. For placement in the load carrier, a side control has also been added to enable loading from the front as well as from the side. This control is also designed so that the operator can work ergonomically. Cables and compressed air lines are primarily routed in the profiles so that they cannot accidentally become entangled. The maximum load capacity of the lifting gear is 25 kg. The control is electric-pneumatic. System profiles from Item were used to enable possible extensions.
The concept was developed in close cooperation between our designers and the customer.
Completion is planned for mid-March 2026.
